You can send an event enquiry using the form or message us on Instagram.

Who is responsible

Wycombe Punch handles your enquiry. For contact and privacy questions, message @wycombepunchmachine on Instagram.

What the enquiry asks for

The form requests your name, phone number, email address, occasion, event location and hire duration. You can also provide an event date and additional details. Please do not include sensitive information or other guests’ personal details.

Your details are sent when you select Send my enquiry. Typing into the form does not send them. Copying an enquiry places that text on your device’s clipboard, under your control.

Why the details are used

Enquiry information is used to respond, discuss availability, plan venue requirements and provide a quote. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to an organisational enquiry where appropriate. It is not a marketing subscription.

Where submissions go

The form sends your enquiry to Formspree, which stores it in a private dashboard and emails it to Wycombe Punch. Formspree, the email service and hosting providers may process standard request data, such as IP addresses, for delivery, security and spam prevention.

When you send an enquiry, Cloudflare securely processes and forwards it to Formspree. Its Turnstile check helps prevent spam and can process device and network information. Once the enquiry is accepted, Resend sends an acknowledgement to the email address you supplied. This acknowledgement is not a marketing subscription or a booking confirmation. Retention

Formspree’s dashboard archive retains submissions for 30 days on our current plan. Email copies are managed separately by Wycombe Punch for responding to enquiries and arranging hires. Contact us on Instagram if you want to ask about or delete your enquiry. Unsubmitted drafts remain in the page while it is open; copied text stays on your clipboard until replaced or cleared.

The email delivery queue temporarily holds your email address and the acknowledgement content. These are removed from our queue 24 hours after the email provider accepts the message. If delivery cannot be confirmed, minimum recovery information is kept for up to 30 days. Request references, a fingerprint of the submission and delivery outcomes are kept for up to 30 days to prevent duplicate sends and resolve problems. Provider backups and records have their own retention policies.

The game and motion settings

Hit 999 runs in your browser. Scores and the best score for the current visit are held in page memory and reset when the page is reloaded. No player account or payment is needed. Game scores are not sent to a server.

The motion preference is stored for the current browser tab using session storage, where available, so it can apply between this site’s pages. It is only a display preference, not a tracking identifier. A short-lived submission timestamp in session storage lets the thank-you page show a receipt after a successful submission; it contains no enquiry details.

To protect against duplicate submissions, this tab also stores a random request reference, a one-way fingerprint of the answers, a timestamp and the delivery state. The stored record contains no readable name, phone number, email address or event details. It expires after 24 hours, except that an unresolved-send marker remains for the tab session so an uncertain enquiry is not silently sent again.

Cookies, external content and social links

The portrait video is served directly by this website. It can start muted when it enters view, with controls for sound, pause and playback. Reduced-motion and data-saving preferences disable automatic playback where supported. Instagram opens only when you follow a link; we do not embed an Instagram feed. The website does not add its own advertising pixels or analytics, and its fonts are included locally.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. Message us on Instagram using the contact link above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
